ChampionLocal Schools

Champion Local Schools welcomes back its 155 staff members during its annual Convocation Day, which this year, was held August 18, 2023. Among the staff members are four new employees to the district who are filling positions vacated by personnel who resigned or retired at the end of last school year. Following their introductions, the group recited what's become "family tradition" - the employee pledge - where they promise to give their best daily. We welcome our newest employees and look forward to having them as part of our Flashes Family this year!
Administrators and school board President John Pitts also spoke during convocation, welcoming employees, providing important updates, and leaving them with words of support and inspiration as they embark on a new school year. We look forward to welcoming our students on Monday, August 22! Here's to a great year, Flashes!
