FinalForms is the new electronic form submittal service for Champion Local Schools. Each school will no longer be sending home paper forms to be filled out and returned. The district will now only be accepting electronic forms. You must create a FinalForms account and submit all forms for your child through this electronic portal. Please view the FinalForms PDF document below to help you create an account for your children. If you have any questions, please contact the main office of the building where your child attends.
